As part of a series of well-being events the sessions in July will be hosted by Diane Lee of Bath Yoga Studio. Sessions will be held on Thursday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th July.
Each class will be an hour long with a focus on dealing with stress and how to feel ok during these current times of uncertainty. Poses which can help to boost the immune system and Diane will support us each week with details on why yoga can be good for our wellbeing.
The classes are dynamic and suitable to all abilities. Please let us know what your previous experience is when completing the booking form.
