Continuing the series of well-being events, Olympic Gold Medalist Amy Williams is back on Thursday mornings for the Women in Property Autumn Fitness Challenge. The sessions are as below:
17th Sept: Abs & upper body
24th Sept: Legs & Glutes Burn
1st Oct: Whole body HIIT
15th Oct: Low impact Cardio & yoga
Each of the sessions will include a warmup, followed by a 30 minute workout and then cool down stretches. Perfect whatever your ability is and a great way to start the day.
