Continuing the series of well-being events, Olympic Gold Medalist Amy Williams is back every Tuesday morning during August for a HIIT workout. Sessions will be held at 8:00 am on 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August.
Each of the sessions will include a warmup, followed by a 30 minute HIIT workout and then cool down stretches. Perfect whatever your ability is and a great way to start the day.
