Women in Property South East Branch are delighted to host a CPD accredited event with Lichfields to discuss the recent changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and how this will impact the property sector.  

The draft revisions to the NPPF announced on 31 July 2024 comprise a mix of proposals that either accept or reverse changes made to the December 2023 version of the framework and introduce new policies. The key changes are ultimately focused on a bold strengthening of the drive to meet housing and other development needs.

Join Pauline Roberts, Senior Director and Tara Johnston, Senior Planner at Lichfields for an informative conversation covering the proposed changes to the NPPF, finishing with a Q&A with attendees.

There will be a chance to network during the event while a light breakfast and refreshments are provided (networking from 8.30am; seminar 9-10am).
