Facing a Crisis: The Value of a Critical Friend - Preceded by South East Branch AGM

WEBINAR: Facing a Crisis: The Value of a Critical Friend - Preceded by South East Branch AGM

As lockdown becomes the norm, the value of having a critical friend - a mentor - at times like these has never been greater.

Whether it is facing a crisis, needing to pivot, flex or become more agile in responding to a fluid set of changing and challenging circumstances, talking things through with someone who is both objective and supportive can make a world of difference.

Women in Property is hosting a Critical Friend Forum where senior women from a range of disciplines will talk about how they are coping at a time of Covid.

Led by Sandi Rhys Jones OBE, our panel of high profile and diverse speakers will share their experiences and reflect on what transferable management tips have helped them to develop an effective support network.

Speakers will include Ann Allen MBE, Nicola Gourlay, Michelle Kershaw and Mandy St John Davey.

Join us to share experiences and practical tips, from managing teams remotely to finding a new job, from working on site to juggling home working with home schooling

All members are welcome to join the South East Committee for our Annual General Meeting which will precede the panel discussion. This is an opportunity to look back and celebrate what we have achieved over the year as well as welcoming our new committee, who we will be electing.
