Team Goal Setting
Setting expectations and creating avenues for forward progress and development is not just positive for outcomes, productivity and business. It is also crucially important for supporting wellbeing and mental health within teams. But how do we do this, balancing business need while being conscious of the pressures that individual team members could face? This session will build on the team leadership session, and the understanding of behavioural drivers to allow us to make plans which are informed by psychological science, helping us to motivate our teams and navigate around challenges.
