Personal Goal Setting
Building on the self-insight and knowledge gained from the personal leadership session, we’ll create the space to understand and explore what we want to do and the goals we really want to set for ourselves. We will also explore perceptions of what we need to do, the pressures this can create, the associated stress and how it can be managed. And, in confidence, look at examining and noticing our thinking and then making plans to move forward to meet our needs and desires.
