Charli will be holding a one-hour yoga class which is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginner. One hour, to help relax the mind and body, help alleviate stress, tension and improve overall wellbeing which, given the current situation, is now more important than ever.
Charli will help you take a much-needed break from everyday work life, bringing you a sense of calm, including techniques you can use daily.
The class will be on Zoom which you can download to your computer or phone and a link for the session will be sent to you.
Be as comfy as possible, have some water close by and use a mat or towel. You can use pillows, warm jumpers or blankets during the relaxation too... then all you need to do is enjoy!
