Urban Agriculture: Challenging our food system

Urban Agriculture: Challenging our food system

Following COP 26 and “Our Dear Green Place” panel discussion on the Glasgow City Food Plan, Women in Property is excited to explore further how Urban Agriculture has the potential to impact our built environment, so we can all live in more sustainable, resilient and fairer places, reconnecting to nature and the ways in which we grow food.

Join us in the discussion and find out how modern agricultural systems support a resilient urban environment and how we can all get involved.

On the panel:

- Derek Stewart - The James Hutton Institute
- Kate Forster - Intelligent Growth Solutions
- Lucy Moore - BuroHappold Engineering | Urban C:Lab
- Mark Horler - Chair at UK Urban AgriTech (UKUAT)
