The Association of Women in Property

2010 Finalists

This year we have nine finalists representing their Universities and our branches around the country.  In total 42 Universities put forward over 60 of their rising stars all of whom were of the highest calibre, so competition was fierce.  We would like to thank all the course leaders and tutors for their support and, of course, the students themselves for their enthusiasm and determination to succeed.  They have all done extremely well just to reach the regional finals.

The 2010 national finalists are:

  • Kimia Benam studying Architecture in the School of the Built Environment at Northumbria University (Yorkshire and North East branch)
  • Philomena England studying Architectural Engineering and Design Management at Loughborough University (Midlands branch)
  • Hilary Ennos studying Architecture at Dundee University (Northern Scotland branch)
  • Sara Hayball studying Architecture and Planning at the University of the West of England, Bristol (South West branch)
  • Cara Henderson studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at UCLAN (North West branch)
  • Rosie Lewis studying Architectural Design at Edinburgh University (Central Scotland branch)
  • Aanya Madhani studying Land Economy at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge (South East branch)
  • Alexandra Redmond studying Building Surveying at the University of Westminster (South East branch)
  • Yvonne Wilday studying City and Regional Planning at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (South Wales branch)

We wish them all the very best for their final judging panel on 21st September and the Best of Best Awards Dinner at Claridge's that same evening. Link to: Event Details and Booking Form.
