Membership is of the National Association and also of your local branch, which are separate legal entities, providing you with access to very many events each year including site visits, technical talks and networking (see Branch or Events pages). 

The Association is a not-for-profit organisation, with the fee structure established to cover branch and national administrative costs.  There is no joining fee but membership fees renewable annually.  The regions are split as follows:
