Women in Property volunteers helped with a workshop taking
place between 2:40 and 4:00pm as part of our presence at this
important careers fair focusing on diversity in the workplace in
the City of London.
This workshop entitled "CV & Interview Skills - Get the Job
you love" is about helping people enter the job market.
On offer was:
- practical tips on getting the best from their CV
- advice on effective interview techniques
Volunteers helped with speed interviews and feedback advice to
workshop participants.
Construction Diversity Expo promotes employment and training
opportunities in construction. The aim is to attract those
under-represented in the sector to increase diversity such as;
women, people with disabilities and those from minority ethnic
backgrounds.
