Women in Property is pleased to announce that the next lunch-time seminar will be an update on the recent case law surrounding the tricky issues of exercising of break options in leases.
Anyone involved in the landlord and tenant property sector will know that there are many pitfalls that can catch out tenants. This seminar gives an overview of the current case law together with hints and tips for landlord and tenants. The seminar will be presented by Daniel Cuthbert, a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's Property Litigation team.
