the Women in Property team
For the first time ever, Women in Property North West branch,
entered a mixed team to compete in the Dragon Boat Challenge in aid
of the homeless charity CRASH.
With a majority female crew, all crew members raised a minimum
of £150 in sponsorship each in order to take part. Our girls
(and 3 men) battled it out to show the men how was done!
You will all be pleased to know that we managed to keep the boat
upright!! As well as becoming the mixed crew CHAMPIONS
!!!! Who would of thought a group of women ( and a couple of
men) could win such an event!
The sun came out at Salford Quays in time for the BBQ and we
were all very pleased to go home with a medal at the end of the
day!
£16,000 was raised on the day for CRASH.
