PROPERTY RELATED PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS
On 4 March 2010 John de Waal and Nicola Muir of Hardwicke
Chambers delivered a talk to the West Midlands branch of Women in
Property on how to avoid professional negligence claims in property
transactions.
The event was well attended with over 25 property professionals
from a mixture of disciplines attending the talk and networking
over a glass of wine afterwards.
