On 31 March 2009 Martin Chambers, Project Director for Network
Rail, delivered a talk to the Midlands branch of Women In Property
and the Chartered Institute of Building on the redevelopment of New
Street Station.
The event was well received, with over 65 members from the two
organisations attending. Members found the talk to be both
informative and interesting.
Martin Chambers began working on the project in 2006 and it is
expected that work will start on site in Autumn 2009 with
completion set for Christmas 2014.
This is one of a series of events due to be held on a joint
