The Association of Women in Property

 Cocktails in the City, Derby

On Thursday 19th February, 60 ladies from Derby's property industry descended on the city's new award-winning boutique hotel for an evening of stylish networking.

The event in question was Women in Property East Midlands' 'Cocktails in the City' and what better place to hold it than Bar Sixteen, Derby's Cathedral Quarter Hotel's luxurious cocktail bar.

After sampling some of the Hotel's finest canapés and enjoying a delicious Italian Weather cocktail on arrival, business cards began changing hands and by the end of the evening, many new professional relationships were emerging.

Caroline Lunness, Chairman of Women in Property East Midlands said: "The organisation is just beginning to make a name for itself in Derby. We already have a list of professional events and seminars planned for the city for the next few months and after so many guests enquired about membership we are confident they will all be as successful as this one."

The event was held in aid of Action for Children
