The Association of Women in Property

Seminar on the meaning and use of the phrases "without prejudice" and "subject to contract"

Tozers, Exeter offices

4th February 2011

The second in the proposed series of lunchtime training and networking seminars was hosted by Tozers Solicitors.

After a sandwich lunch and an opportunity for attendees to meet fellow property professionals Vivien King of Hatherleigh Training gave another detailed and insightful training talk.  This time the talk was on the meaning and use of the phrases "without prejudice" and "subject to contract" and the pitfalls of their misuse.

The next seminar will be on the topic "Disability Discrimination and the Built Environment", which will provide useful training for the wide range of professionals who make up Women in Property in light of the coming into force of the Equality Act.  It will take place on 5th April 2011 and will again be hosted by Tozers solicitors.  It is proposed that these seminars will be repeated in Plymouth.
